This charming and well furnished house is situated in a very quiet urbanisation.
The house has a lounge/diner with an American kitchen, two well sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with built in wardrobes. There is a big family bathroom with walk-in shower and a cloakroom. There is a nice outside terrace with dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the mountain view. The rooftop terrace with garden furniture has a breathtaking mountain view.

In la Les Tourtereaux, we do accept dogs (NOT cats), but ONLY on request, as we know they are a part of the family. The apartment will only accept smaller dogs, as there is no room for bigger dogs. The dog owner must guarantee that the dog doesn’t bark at night or when left alone in the apartment. As we do understand that not everyone likes dogs, we’ll charge a fee of €30 for the extra cleaning, so that the next guests will be met with a clean apartment without dog hair or smell.

Local Area
San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops and a Sunday morning market. It also has some of the best "family-friendly" beaches in the area.
The large town of Águilas with its square, port, shopping center and other facilities is nearby. The town square is also an ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink and tapas.
The Aguilon golf course, opened in 2008, is only 8 km from the house. In addition, there are several other golf courses within an hour's drive from the house. If you need more information, please ask.
The house & resort offers a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you want to venture further afield the towns of Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach

The price includes house cleaning, water and electricity:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Deposit: €100, payable by Bank transfer / Bizum before delivery of the keys (unless booked through Airbnb).
The money will be returned at the end of your stay provided no damage has been done via Bizum or Bank transfer.
If you want to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or high chair, you can hire these for €4 per item per night.
