San Juan de Los Terreros is situated at the border of two provinces in Spain, Almería and Murcia. It is known as the 'door of Andalucía'. A unique place for the natural beauty of its virgin beaches and exceptional climate (nearly 300 sunny days a year) averaging 18-20 degrees year round.
Visitors can enjoy a typical Spanish village and discover beautiful scenery of stark contrasts from rugged mountainous countryside to pristine fine sand beaches.
Within easy reach of San Juan are the resorts of Mojácar, Vera Playa and the famous Cabo-de-gata nature park coastline.
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex is situated in the heart of San Juan and is a short walk to the beaches and restaurants and enjoys views of the sea and mountains from the roof terrace.
Situated nearby is the newly opened Aguilion Golf Course and there are many other golf courses to enjoy.
San Juan beaches are famous in the area because they shelve gently making them safe for families to enjoy.

For infants there is a travel cot, portable high chair, chnging mat and a baby monitor with built-in temperature gauge so that the room temperature can be monitored for your childs safety.
Beaches, bars and restaurants all within approx 5 minutes walk
We recommend you hire a car for use during your holiday in San Juan. This will enable you to travel from & return to airport. In addition you will be able to visit several places of interest, sightseeing, markets etc. However, if you prefer, airport pick-ups can be arranged on request.
This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed.
