Within 5 minutes walk you are at the beach, or at one of the cafes /restaurants in the centre of Mar de Pulpi. The local supermarket is situated in the same centre.
This beautiful and quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and large private roof terrace, with sea view is situated in the middle of the beautiful white Mar de Pulpi village, with the green well kept gardens and close to one of the communal pools.
The roof top terrace offers a fantastic view of the urbanisation and the Mediterranean.
In la Casita Mariposita, we do accept dogs (NOT cats), but ONLY on request, as we know they are a part of the family. The apartment will only accept smaller dogs, as there is no room for bigger dogs. The dog owner must guarantee that the dog doesn’t bark at night or when left alone in the apartment. As we do understand that not everyone likes dogs, we’ll charge a fee of €30 for the extra cleaning, so that the next guests will be met with a clean apartment without dog hair or smell.
The house has terraces at front & rear of house & also an additional terrace on roof.

The communal swimming pool is open from 15 June - 15 September.

Local Area
San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurant, supermarkets, small shops & a market on Sunday mornings. It also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area.
The large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza, harbour, shopping centre & other facilities. Also the town square is an ideal place to relax & enjoy a drink and tapas.
The Aguilon Golf course, which was opened in 2008, is only 8km from the house. In addition there are several other golf courses within one hour drive of the house. If you require more information, please ask.
The house & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches, bars & restaurants or if you wish to venture further, the towns of Águilas, Vera, Garrucha & Mojácar are within easy reach.
We recommend you have a car available during your holiday as the local transport buses only run 4 times per day. If you do not wish to drive we can arrange transport, please ask.

Mes y año de vacaciones y cualquier comentario
Hemos estado de vacaciones del 07-07-16 hasta el 14-07-16, y además de estar muy relajados, ha sido como si estuvieramos en nuestra propia casa. Los propietarios, excelentes personas y muy atentos. La zona muy tranquila para unas vacaciones. En el apartamento no ha faltado ningún detalle y si así ha sido, Dominic no ha tardado ni cinco minutos en resolverlo. La piscina, muy limpia y su entorno muy comfortable. Las playas son formidables y limpias (bandera azul en tres de ellas), con sus respectivos chiringuitos. San Juan de Terreros es uno de los lugares que mi familia y yo no dudaremos en volver a visitar y si tenemos la ocasion intentaremos repetir la misma experiencia.
Nos ha encantado,sobre todo la tranquilidad a la hora de dormir,la cercanía de la piscina desde la casa.simplemente perfecto
