We will give both owners and renters the value for money services which they deserve.

With our Owner Services, flexibility is our keyword.  Whatever you request, we will do our utmost to ensure your request is met.   We tailor make our services to each client to meet their individual needs.  There are no 'standard' packages. 

Security checks

Inspection of property whilst unoccupied. Internal & external checks will be carried out weekly.

Key holding

Secure holding of keys (at least two sets should be made available and, if the property is to be rented, this should be increased to three)

Cleaning services

Cleaning property inside and outside before you or your clients arrive and also when you or they depart.

Laundry

Washing, drying and ironing of household linen to include bed linen and towels.

Meet and Greet services for clients

We offer a Meet and Greet service for clients renting a property.  We arrange to meet  at a  convenient point close to the property to direct, hand over keys and explain the operation of equipment etc. (includes both arrival and departure and inventory check on departure). Also collecting of security deposit and refunding at the end of rental period, assuming no damage has occurrred, if required.

Answering clients questions regarding beaches, restaraunts, supermarkets, local markets etc.

Emergency call outs

In the event of a client becoming locked out of the property or other problems which may occur during their holiday.

Ad-hoc services

We can arrange for all aspects of your property to be maintained, from changing a light bulb, gardening or repairing an air conditioning unit. Some facilities we can carry out ourselves, others requiring specialist services, for example exterior house painting or air conditioning repairs we have our own recommended tradesmen.

New Property Cleaning

If you are buying a new property, whether for rental purposes or solely for your own personal use, don't let your first visit be a working holiday!  We can help prepare your new property, to your own specification, so that your first stay in your new property will be the enjoyable and relaxing experience it should be. And, after you move in, we can help again by providing cleaning and laundry services as and when required.
